Upper Echelon Marketing began in 2019 by our CEO Deane’ Worthington. With her previous experience and intent to take over a new market, she opened Upper Echelon Marketing in the Springfield area. Deane’ has used the opportunity she received at the beginning of her career as momentum for future employees. Deane’ is originally from Saginaw, MI. She began in the business in 2017 after quitting her previous blue-collar work. She started the business as a sales rep in Toledo and proved herself to be a valuable asset. After proving her merits as a leader for a while, she was given the opportunity to open her firm in Springfield. For herself, she wants to build an empire and create a future she never thought possible. As a CEO, she hopes to build Upper Echelon into a place of opportunity for those around her. Her goal for the business is to help hard-working individuals to create futures full of financial freedom for themselves while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She is creating a culture where people enjoy what they do by giving the opportunity that was once given to her.
Danda is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She came to the United States in 2017 on a Track and Field scholarship with the University of Toledo. After obtaining her MBA in International Business, she knew that her next step was to achieve her lifelong goal-become a CEO. Danda began her marketing career within the company and decided that the best way to achieve that goal was to move with the company and learn alongside Deane’ what it takes to build in a new city from the ground up. She hopes to continue to build her skills and own multiple businesses around the world.
Shawn is a Springfield native who joined the business to change her future. Being the leader that she is, she sought to work for herself, train and inspire others, and to become the boss of her best possible life. She hopes to move her family to Arizona and own a business where the people she works with are equally as motivated and excited to accomplish their goals. Her advice? If you are looking to join our business you must be goal-oriented and ready to step outside your comfort zone. Mia was born in Springfield, illinois and moved to Springfield, Missouri at a young age. After moving back to Illinois, she started building her work ethic at 15 and slowly worked her way to being a proud account manager at Upper Echelon Inc. With natural leadership skills, she would like to open her own business in Colorado or somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, to eventually own land and live an active and self-sufficient life. She cannot wait to start building a team to make these dreams come true, and to help others reach their goals too by providing strong communication and marketing skills.
